Everyone was very welcoming and was willing to answer any questions I had. They ensured I knew what my insurances covered, what any tests I wasn’t familiar with was for, and easily explained anything I had questions on. I didn’t look at their frame selection at the time but I will definitely be going back and rebooking my next appointment with them.

Eric and the entire team at Eyes of the World City Park West are absolutely amazing! I’ve been a patient for years, and thanks to their customer-first approach, I plan to be one for many more. They’re always incredibly friendly and helpful whenever I have an issue with my glasses or contacts. I also love the charm and character of the beautiful old home their office is in. I highly recommend!

I've been coming to Eyes of the World for several years now, and every time it's been a very smooth experience. The staff are always professional, efficient, and friendly. Plus, their automated system automatically follows up with you every year to schedule another eye exam and refill contact prescriptions, which is always a helpful reminder. My only complaint is about my insurance coverage/what insurance they accept. To be fair, this is more of an issue with the policies I've purchased rather than Eyes of the World, but I've had to change insurance twice in the last two years, and they did not accept my coverage either year (Cigna last year, Select Health this year). Eyes of the World notified me in advance on my recent visit, so I knew the costs going into the appointment, but it would be great if they could help make recommendations on insurers or policies to get in the future. On my most recent visit, I had an eye exam and ordered a new year's supply of contacts, and both services cost over $250-$300. It sounds obvious, but I just wanted to share my experience: If you want to keep costs low, make sure your insurance covers the eye care services that you need. Regardless, this location is a great practice and will definitely meet your eye care needs.

I absolutely love this location because of the people who work here. Jesse, especially, is phenomenal. He is incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely takes the time to make sure I’m making the right decision rather than ever making me feel rushed. This store can get busy, but there’s a reason for that; they are worth the wait. Every time I come in, I’m treated with consistency, hospitality, and genuine care. At this point, I truly feel like family here. I moved to Highlands Ranch 2 years ago and even with other options much closer to me, I will still make the drive to Denver every time because I trust Jesse and this team that much. Thank you, Jesse, and everyone at Eyes of the World, for setting such a high standard for customer service. You’ve earned a customer for life. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Eyes of the World a couple years now. They are friendly, fast and thorough, I see no reason to go elsewhere. Plus the building is really cool.

Eyes of the World is a great place to get your vision needs taken care of. Convenient to the City Park/Cap Hill neighborhood. The staff, Dr. G in particular, are very nice and welcoming. First time contact user they helped a lot in teaching me how to wear them.

My experience at Eyes of the World was an overall pleasant experience. Jesse has quite the eye for aesthetics, the eye exam was thorough, and the rest of the staff was welcoming. I highly recommend them for personalized care.

Great experience here. The entire office was friendly and professional. They took their time and were very patient with me as I tried on a ridiculous amount of frames and then changed my mind!

My husband is a patient at St. Joes hospital down the road. His glasses lost the nose pieces. Eric spoke to me on the phone and told me they could fix the problem. When I arrived he was so helpful. Changed both pieces and tightened them up. Didn’t charge me. This act of kindness made my day. Thank you!
